3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
You are solely responsible for all content published through your account

7. Platform Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party review platforms. By using these integrations, you authorize us to access and interact with your accounts on your behalf. You must comply with each platform's Terms of Service when using these integrations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewPilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
