Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
We bill monthly, with charges processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as some debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my review limit?
On the Starter plan, if you reach 50 reviews in a month, you'll need to upgrade to Pro for unlimited reviews or wait until your next billing cycle. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Contact us for annual billing options and receive up to 2 months free. Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire year.
What's included in the free trial?
Your 14-day free trial includes full access to the Pro plan features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose the plan that works best for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Billing settings in the dashboard. Click 'Manage Subscription' to access the customer portal where you can cancel. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
